Lee-Ann Whitaker
Lee-ann Whitaker, 57, of Philipsburg, died Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her residence.
Lee-ann was born on January 12, 1968, in Munich, Germany, a daughter of Edward F. Knepp, of Huntingdon, Pa. and the late Lelia M. (Kizer) Knepp.
She was a 1986 graduate of the Clearfield Area High School. She also graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Early in her working career, she was employed as a school bus driver for Fullington Bus Co. She then accepted a position with CenClear, Bigler; and was currently employed as an office manager for the company.
Lee-ann was married in December 11, 1998, in Hyde, to Thomas R. Whitaker, who survives at home.
She is also survived by a step-daughter, Breanna Lonjin, and her husband, “CJ,” of Bigler; a step-son, Eli Whitaker, of Clearfield; four step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lee-ann was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Graham, in addition to her mother, Lelia.
A celebration of life will be held at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 719 E. Spruce Street, Philipsburg, on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 1 pm. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Monday from 11 am until the time of the service.
Interment will be in Reidy Cemetery, Wallaceton.
