Cathy was born on September 17, 1952, in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Raymond E. and Anna C. (Pavlick) Twoey.

Cathy was a 1970 graduate of the Philipsburg – Osceola Area High School.

During her working career, she was employed with Charles Navasky & Co., Philipsburg; and then as a private duty caregiver, until her retirement.

Cathy was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg. 

Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed shopping; spending time and playing bingo with her Windy Hill Village neighbors; and she especially enjoyed spending time with her family and getting together every week with them for Sunday supper.

Cathy is survived by two sisters, Barbara Ann “Barbie” Greenia and her husband, Reed, of Hellertown, (Pa.) and Delores Marie “Dee” Volk and her husband, Gary, of Chester Hill; one brother, Raymond E. Twoey and his wife, Marion Louise “Weezie,” of Okeechobee, Florida; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and numerous other extended family members.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11 am, with Rev. Matthias Rendon, O.F.M., celebrant.

The family will receive guests at church on Friday from 10 am until the time of the Mass.

The Rosary will be recited at church on Friday beginning at 10:40 am by members of the SS. Peter & Paul Rosary Society.

Inurnment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, RD Philipsburg.
