I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your loved one, Donna Rae. I am a 2nd cousin, originally from Lewistown. My grandfather was Earl Crago, Tom’s brother. My grandparents used to bring me over to Uncle Tom’s and Aunt Esther’s home in the 50’s. That is where I met Donna Rae. I was a young pre-teen and I adored Donna Rae. She was the sweetest teenager I have ever met. She was so popular, had so many friends, but still took the time to be a friend to a brat of the 50’s. She made me feel so special. I know she will be greatly missed by all of you.

My grandma was a great person whom i will always love and remember as she was. I will always remember the life lessons she passed down to me and the times i spent with her with fondness and cherish every moment i had. May she live in the lord’s house in peace and be free from her earthly bonds.

John–Very sorry to learn of Donna’s passing. We lost touch over the years except for our reunions, but it would seem from reading Donna’s obituary that she lived a full life. I’m sure she will be missed. Every once in awhile I am reminded of the trips you and I made from P-burg to Lewistown and Mifflintown in the summer of 1953 for our work with Day and Zimmerman on the power line. That was a real experience. I’m sure Sue and Betsy will let me know of your future plans. Best wishes. Batch

I will always remember my mother laughing, sewing, reading, doing crafts, dancing, working, volunteering, shopping, cooking and ALWAYS moving fast and busy! I will miss her wise guidance and sound advice she gave me. I will be with her again someday, healthy, happy and full of grace.
