Mayor Ida Reams
Zelma was my oldest sons great- Grammy, and like a grandmother to me. Always a kind and caring. RIP Great Grammy. You will be missed dearly.

“Gram” as all of Dana and Andrea’s friends referred to Mrs. Coval, was such a sweet lady and a fiercely loyal and loving mother and grandmother (the world needs more just like her!). So kind and caring and she really had a great sense of humor too. I remember Dana bringing her to my house over 20 years ago for a “girls shopping trip”…just to State College and then we “girls” were off to dinner. She made me laugh with all her stories of growing up and her young married days, etc. She had such a strong love for her family and for God, and over the years I know I’m a better person for having met and known “Gram”. I see so much of her in Dana and Andrea…you girls can both be so proud of that!!! I know Gram was proud of you! I just know she’s met my Grandmothers in Heaven now and all of the “Grams” are talking about how “crazy we girls are”. Love and Prayers to Jim and Matt and their families! Remember that because God loves us and sent his Son Jesus to die for our sins, we will be reunited with her again…Not for a day or a year or even 100 years…but for ETERNITY!

Ron and I are sorry for you loss. It doesn’t matter how old you are, the loss of your mother/grandmother is never easy to bear. Please accept our sincerest sympathy.

Our deepest sympathy to
Jim & Madeline, Bill and Maryann, Don and Sandy and Lenny and Patricia:
Our deepest sympathy to all of you. A loss of a mother is hard to face but we know the Lord chooses the day we go to our final home. We know it is hard to accept but thank God that she lived to the good age of 94 and she had her boys around her to help take care of her. You all should be proud of being good sons and daughter-in-laws, and she is now resting peacefully with dad.
My sister called me but we have been snowed in for a month. We were not even able to make the funeral for Bill Aupke because the weather was so severe you couldn’t see ahead to drive. So we called on the morning of the funeral to tell her we just couldn’t drive. If were 30 years old I probably would have attempted to drive. Since were 79 and 74 and health not that great I just couldn’t do it.
It has been so long ago that we were out at Hawk Run. Your dad was living and we had our children they were very young. Uncle Andy took them for rides on the horse in the back. Our children are now 50 and 49 years of age so you know it was a long time ago. We remember going to Jim house behind his parents. We had such a great time. To bad that we all are so far apart and unable to visit together. However, we do think about all of you.
If any of you are in the Cleveland Areas, I live in Euclid, Ohio which is adjacent to Cleveland boarder line, please call (216-731-1510) it would be great to get together. We live at 462 East 271 St., Euclid, OH 44132 – and would enjoy seeing any and all of you. God Bless all of you and your families.

Dana, Andrea and family,
I just wanted to tell you that you are in my thoughts. I heard many gram stories over the years working with Dana and although I didn’t ever meet her it was obvious she was a very special lady. She helped to take care of you and then you showed your love by taking care of her. She is in a peaceful place with no pain, and will always be watching down on you and you will continue to feel her love.
Thoughts and prayers, Theresa P.
