Dear family of Janet; We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Janet. She was a wonderful friend to our dear Mom Helen and to all the Patrick family. She knew us all and knew more about us then we can imagine, this coming from her nightly telephone calls to Mom. They were dear friends and spend lots of time on the phone to keep from being lonely. When we could not get through to Mom we always knew she was on the phone with Janet. They were very involved with Church activities and their families. She would stop by and tuck plastic bags in the door for Mom before church. I'm sure Mom and Theresa and a few other friends were waiting for her at the gate of Heaven along with Jesus to welcome her home. You will miss her a lot as we do our Mom but you know she will be waiting for you and you will see her again. Look for pennies from Heaven, as our Mom has the angels send us lots of pennies found on the ground, keep them in a container and know shes thinking of you.. Hugs and prayers for Janet, we will remember her in our prayers and also for you her dear loved ones. The Patrick family

I thought of Janet not only as family but as a dear friend and co-worker. She was a great comfort to me when our son was killed in a car wreck. I cherish our many talks and her encouraging words that can only come from someone who has experienced that loss. She gave me a Rosary to hang in our vehicle to keep us safe in our travels. 20 years and a few vehicles later it is still there and a cherished token of her love and caring. Prayers for everyone who loved her. She will be missed.
