Tom was a good friend with a kind soul who cared deeply for his wife. He cared about the people in his life and was genuinely interested in what was going on with each one. He fought a good fight and beat the odds. He will be sadly missed.

My deepest condolences to Winnie and Tom’s surviving family.
Many of my fondest child memories come from the time spent with our extended family in Philipsburg and Tom remains a vivid part of those memories. He was always inquisitive and showed lots of interest in what I was up to as a young man. He was always a kind soul and that is how he will be remembered. He will be missed.
Rest in peace Tom.

Winnie, I am so sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. When my Gram died, our priest told our family, “We cannot deny them their long awaited rest.” This helped me so much; especially when my Mom passed away as she had been so sick. Gram died at 102 of just…. well, old age. But Mom…. it was bad. I hope you can find peace and comfort in that your love for your Tom had to be of great comfort to him.
Do take care of yourself!
Mary

Oh, Winnie, I am so saddened by this news. We all had great times in Concord. I will remember the house you, Tom and Keith lived in and Tom’s great smile and laugh. The memories we keep are moments frozen in time and they are good.

Dear Winnie and Family.
I just received the news of Tom’s death. Please, accept my heartfelt sympathies. It may be many years since we were all in Concord, NH, but, certainly, some of the most memorable times. Tom had my respect. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Winnie, if I could offer to help some how, I would, but, distance prevents that. This must be a very difficult time for you.
I am sure you provided Tom with the most love, care and attention he could have needed or wanted.
You will be kept in my prayers.
