Shirley A. Klett

Shirley A. Klett, 81, of Gearhartville, RD Philipsburg, died Sunday, November 27, 2016, at the residence of her sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Dean Carr.

Born November 19, 1935, in Philipsburg, she was a daughter of Millard and Ann (Molnar) Klett; both of whom preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of the former Philipsburg High School.

She was a member of the New Life Center, Philipsburg; and a member of the church’s choir.

She was employed with a number of businesses throughout her career; including, Charles Navasky & Co., Philipsburg, and the former General Cigar plant in Philipsburg.

Shirley is survived by two sisters, Margaret E. Carr and her husband, Maynard “Dean”, of Gearhartville, RD Philipsburg, and Alta M. Crain and her husband, Robert, of New Bethlehem, Pa; one brother, Robert Molnar, of Oregon; four nieces; a nephew; and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.

A funeral service will be held Friday, December 2, 2016, at 11:00 am, at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce Street, Philipsburg, with Pastors John T. Dill and Noel Meyers, Co-Officiating.

Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the service.

A private family visitation will be on Thursday, December 1, 2016, from 6 to 8 pm at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, Philipsburg.

Interment will be in Philipsburg Cemetery, Philipsburg.
