Lisa L. Hahn

Lisa L. Hahn, 57, of Philipsburg, died Monday, April 20, 2026, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.

Lisa was born on April 24, 1968, in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Maurice E. and Margaret Ann (Foster) Lezzer.

She was a 1986 graduate of the Curwensville Area High School and a 1990 graduate of West Virginia University.

Lisa was married on September 11, 1999, in Clearfield, to Kevin B. Hahn, who survives.

She is also survived by three sons: Kyle L., Brandon T. and Brett D. Hahn, all of Philipsburg; a sister, Cathie Wiggins, of Curwensville; two brothers, Michael Lezzer and his wife, Alicia and David Lezzer and his wife, Sharon, all of Curwensville; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

Lisa was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Lodge and Country Club, Lodge #1173, Philipsburg. She was also very active with the local Philipsburg – Osceola area athletic booster clubs.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made in Lisa’s memory to the cancer research organization of the donor’s choice.
