Sandra Lee (Notor) Gros
Sandra Lee (Notor) Gross, 82, of Clarion and formerly of Clearfield, died Friday, August 8, 2025, at her residence.
Sandra was born on March 18, 1944, in Clearfield, a daughter of the late David H. Notor, Sr. and Mildred R. (Stiffler) Notor. She was raised and lived most of her life in Clearfield.
She was married in 1967 to R. Dwight Gross; and their union was blessed with a son, Jason Lynn Gross, who was born in 1976
She was a long-time member of the Clearfield C. & M.A. Church until she relocated to Clarion in 2014.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jason, of Alabama, on October 25, 2023. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, David H. Notor, Sr., of Clearfield and Ronald J. Notor, of North Carolina and a sister, Donna J. Thorsell, of Texas.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Erin Gross Wall and three grandchildren: Jackson, Jameson and Georgia Gross, all of Pike Road, Alabama and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
She desired to be buried at the Historic Crown Crest Cemetery, Hyde. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
