Patricia Jane Wertz

Patricia Jane Wertz, 74, of Philipsburg, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Hillside Hospital, Pulaski, Tennessee.

Born on April 11, 1942, in Philipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Harry Millinder and Dorcas Wisor.

Patricia was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Philipsburg. She was a 1961 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School.

Patricia is survived by a daughter, Vicki Hunter and her husband, Adam, of Prospect, Tenn.; two sons, Harold Dean Conway, Jr. and his wife, Donna, of Shippensburg, Pa. and  Dwayne L. Conway and his wife, Mary Grace, of Prospect, Tenn.; nine grandchildren: Corey, Maura, Joshua, Jessica, Dwayne,Jr., Amanda, Joseph, Ryan and Jacqualine; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma J. Kukla, of Philipsburg; numerous nieces and nephews, including Debra Jenkins and her husband, Ray, of Sandy Ridge; numerous cousins, including Honey Wilsoncroft, of Curwensville, Cindy Anderson and her husband, Jim and Sandy Hutton and her husband, Tom, all of Clearfield; and an ex-husband, Harold Dean Conway, of Curwensville.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters; and an ex-husband, Carlton “Cork” Wertz.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at 3:30 pm at Shawville United Methodist Church Cemetery, Shawville, with Pastor Matt Scott, Officiating.

The funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce Street, Philipsburg.
