Patricia A. Weller

Patricia A. Weller, 86, of Philipsburg, died Thursday, September 2, 2021, at her residence.

Patricia was born on November 8, 1934, in Port Matilda, a daughter of the late Gilbert and Carmen (Moore) Wiser.

Patricia was a 1952 graduate of the former Port Matilda High School. She was employed throughout her working career as a sales associate / store manager for several area businesses that included Silco, Dollar General and CVS.

Patricia was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Philipsburg. She was a dedicated homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her hobbies included reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Patricia was married on August 23, 1952, in Port Matilda, to Frederick H. Weller, who survives at home.

She is also survived by two daughters, Linda L. (Weller) Wert and her husband, Jack, of Spokane, Washington and Cindy J. (Weller) Litten, of Georgetown, Delaware; three sons: Frederick E. Weller and his wife, “Glady” and Gilbert L. Weller and his wife, Dotty, all of Philipsburg, and Daniel R. Weller and his wife, Patti, of Imperial, Missouri; twelve grandchildren: Zach Wert, Erica (Wert) Mostek, Bethany (Wert) Thorn, Jason Weller, Stephanie (Weller) Kendrick, Melissa (Weller) Webster, Jeremy Weller, Jared Weller, Heather (Weller) Denochick, Renee (Weller) Clements, Tara Litten and Josh Litten; twenty-six great-grandchildren:Kendall McCarty, Gavin Kendrick, Grayson Kendrick, Grant Kendrick, Mallory Wert, Sam Wert, Charlie Wert, Tripp Denochick, Gage Denochick, Hannah Mostek, Nicholas Mostek, Carter Webster, Camryn Webster, Nicholas Weller, Tyson Weller, Charlotte Weller, Alexander Weller, Sage Thorn, Sophia Thorn, Brody Thorn, Emma Thorn, Terron Barnes, Isaac Barnes, Isaiah Barnes, Sean McGee II, and SeTara McGee; one sister, Nancy (Wiser) Reese and her husband, Harold “Quay,” of Port Matilda; and numerous other extended family members.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
