Lynn E. Warsing

Lynn E. Warsing, 69, of Madera, died Tuesday, June 28, 2022, as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Boggs Township, Clearfield County.

Lynn was born on April 8, 1953, in Seattle, Washington, a daughter of the late William A. and E. Grace ( McKinnon) Wallace.

Lynn was employed throughout her working career as a Registered Nurse. Her employment included service in hospitals in southern California and the Lake Tahoe area. While she was employed in Lake Tahoe, she worked as an ER Nurse and trained EMT students. A disability required her to take an early retirement.

Lynn was married on July 6, 2002, in Philipsburg, to John L. Warsing, who survives at home.

She is also survived by a daughter, Jennifer L. Harkreader and her husband, Brian, of Seattle, Washington; a step-daughter, Karla L. Myers and her husband, Nathan, of Philipsburg; two step-sons, John L. Warsing, Jr. and his wife, Renee and James L. Warsing and his fiancée, Sarah Burns, all of Philipsburg; one step-grandson, Xavier Coudriet; and numerous other extended family members.

While living in Nevada she did volunteer work for the El Rancho Saddle Club, Carson City Horsemen’s Association and many local schools.

After moving to Pennsylvania, she served as a Red Cross volunteer. She also volunteered with her husband at the Clearfield County Historical Society and two Civil War living history groups, the Confederation of Union Generals and Lincoln’s Generals.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
