Helen A. Tocimak
Helen A. Tocimak, 91, of Hawk Run, PA passed away on Friday November 9, 2012 at the Altoona Regional Health System in Altoona, PA.
She was the daughter of the late John & Susan Straka born on August 28, 1921 in Pardee, RD Philipsburg, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Tocimak who passed away on November 16, 1979.
Mrs. Tocimak was a member of the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hawk Run, PA. She was a homemaker and Mother.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: an infant daughter; three brothers, Michael, George and Joseph Straka; and two sisters, Mary Mital and Margaret Petro.
Mrs. Tocimak was the last of her generation.
She is survived by: a daughter, Suzanne Sidorick & her husband, Gene of Ramey, PA; three sons, John P. Tocimak of Hawk Run, PA, Steve Tocimak & his wife Mary Ann of Janesville, PA, and Richard Tocimak of Hawk Run, PA; three grandchildren, Jason Sidorick & his wife Miranda of Ramey, Sarah and Katie Tocimak of Janesville; a great-grandson, Jeremiah Sidorick of Ramey; and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hawk Run, PA, with Rev. Robert J. Horgas, celebrant. Burial will be at the Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery in Hawk Run, PA.
Visitation will be Monday, November 12, 2012 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home in Philipsburg, PA.
The rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
