Traci Ann Raymond
Traci Ann Raymond, 49, of Philipsburg, PA passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013 in Decatur Township, RD Philipsburg, PA.
She was the daughter of the late James L. Raymond and Joann (Slother) Raymond, who survives at home. Traci was born on January 11, 1964 in Ridgeway, PA.
She attended Messiah Baptist Church in Kylertown, PA. Traci was very active in cancer prevention and recovery programs. She was a member of the County Market cancer Relay for Live team.
Traci was the manager for the floral department at County Market in Philipsburg until her death. She was a 1982 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School and received her certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant from the Harrisburg Area Community College.
In addition to her Mother, Traci is survived by: a daughter, Nadine Y. Miscavish & her fiance, Nick Murarik of Philipsburg, PA; three sisters, L. Tammy Schnarrs and her husband Henry III (Smokey) of Hudson, RD Philipsburg, PA, Janice L. Foster & her husband James L. of West Decatur, PA; and Regina “Gina” K. March of Chester Hill, PA; three brothers, Dewey Raymond of Glass City, RD Philipsburg, PA, M. Glenn Raymond & his wife Jeannie of Osceola Mills, PA, and Martin P. Raymond & his wife Shelly of Pleasant Hill, RD Philipsburg, PA. She is also survived by a grandson, Cameron Miscavish of Philipsburg and numerous nieces & nephews.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Messiah Baptist Church, Kylertown, PA, with Pastor Earl. R. Shawley officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce St. in Philipsburg, PA and from noon until 1:00 p.m. at the church on Wednesday.
