Anthony W. “Tony” Pavlick, II
Anthony W. “Tony” Pavlick, II, 52, of Philipsburg, PA died on Monday, January 6, 2014 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
He was the son of Anthony W. Pavlick Sr. & Beatrice (Herr) Pavlick who survive of Philipsburg, PA. He was born on November 23, 1961 in Philipsburg, PA. He is also survived by his long time girl-friend, Paula Faust, of Tyrone, PA.
Mr. Pavlick was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Philipsburg, PA and was a member of the Clearfield Beagle Club. He had worked for the General Cigar Plant in Philipsburg, PA, State of the Art in State College, PA and lastly for American Home Patient. Tony was a 1979 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School.
He was preceded in death by his maternal & paternal grandparents.
In addition to his parents and girlfriend, Mr. Pavlick is survived by: two daughters, Mandi L. Reed & her husband Richard of Philipsburg, PA, and Brianna Dawn Pavlick of Munson, PA; a sister, Patty Shaw & her husband Jeff of Philipsburg, PA; two grandsons, Richie and Joey Reed of Philipsburg; and several nieces and nephews, including a great-nephew, Cameron Dixon of Philipsburg, to whom he was especially close.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home in Philipsburg, PA, with Rev. Mark Thumma officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 at the funeral home.
