Mary J. Ostrom

Mary J. Ostrom, 64, of Morrisdale, PA and formerly of Norristown, PA died on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at her residence.

Born on October 18, 1950 in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Marie Ennis.  She married Kenneth E. Ostrom in 1984, he preceded her in death on May 26, 2010.

Mrs. Ostrom was Roman Catholic by faith and was a care giver for many people during her working life.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Marie Sweeney.

Mrs. Ostrom is survived by two daughters, Beth Anne Farzetta of Norristown, PA and Carol Anne Farzetta of Indianapolis, IN; two sons, Robert Sweeney and his wife Cheryl of Norristown, PA and Kenneth Ostrom and his wife Melissa of Morrisdale, PA; a sister, Marjorie Smith of Manahawkin, NJ; a step-sister, Janet Flemming of Allentown, PA; two brothers, Robert Kelly of Sanatoga, PA and John Kelly of California; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home in Philipsburg, PA; with Deacon Dennis Socash officiating.  Burial will be at the Allport Cemetery in Allport, PA.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
