James Lee Neff

James Lee Neff, also known as Louis Ernest Vannucci, Jr., 47, of Philipsburg, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at his residence.

Born Louis Ernest Vannucci Jr., on July 11, 1975, in Lock Haven, he was a son of Grace (Meyer) Neff; and the late Louis Vannucci Sr.

He is survived by his mother; a sister; and his child. He is also survived by his lifelong love, Martha, and her brother Dennis; two stepbrothers; and numerous extended family members.

He was a member of First Observers Plus; CB 1 9 Communications; and a volunteer for the Community Action Food Bank in Philipsburg.

He will be remembered for his love of America, motorsports, family and his ability to strike up a conversation with anyone.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Philipsburg.
