Kenneth Wayne Lansberry, Sr.

Kenneth Wayne Lansberry, Sr., 59, of Winburne, died Monday, October 8, 2018, at his residence.

Ken was born on October 29, 1958, in Riverdale, Prince George’s County, Maryland, a son of the late Cloyd William and Edith Marie (Jones) Lansberry.

He was a graduate of Parkdale Senior High School, Riverdale, Maryland.

Ken was currently employed with Jackson’s Bar and Grille, Winburne. He had been previously employed with Lee Metals, Philipsburg.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and John Lansberry, in addition to his parents.

Ken is survived by two daughters, Pamela Marie Lansberry, of Mardela Springs, Maryland and Colleen, of Michigan; one son, Kenneth W. Lansberry,Jr., of Salisbury, Maryland; two grandchildren, Destiny Michelle Boergers and Shane Edward Reed; a step-daughter, Susan Eckley, of Winburne; one brother, Timothy Lansberry and his wife, Michelle, of Virginia; and numerous other extended family members.

Ken loved to hunt in his spare time.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Ken’s life and luncheon at Jackson’s Bar and Grille, Winburne, on Sunday, October 14, 2018, beginning at 11 am.
