Bertha M. Harris
Bertha M. Harris, 64, of DuBois, PA, formerly of Hawk Run, PA and Washington, D.C. passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Regional Medical Center in DubBis, PA.
She was the daughter of the late Monroe White and Bertie Mae Brunson, born on June 18, 1948 in Washington D.C.
Ms. Harris was Christian by faith. She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Bertha was a graduate of Eastern High School in Washington, D.C. and attended the South Hills Business School in Philipsburg, PA.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Jasper White.
Ms. Harris is survived by her daughter Johnsonette Ginyard of Fredericksburg, VA; three sons, Johnson White of Washington, D.C, Jamie Ginyard of Clearfield, PA, and Jermaine Howard & his wife Sophia of Washington, D.C.; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the last of her generation.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, Philipsburg, PA.
