Patricia E. Beck
Patricia E. Beck, 73, of (Village of South Philipsburg) Philipsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Ellsworth Leslie Vaux, Sr. & Vera A. (Kelce) Vaux, born on October 9, 1939 in (South Philipsburg) RD Philipsburg, PA. She married Donald E. Beck on July 11, 1959 at the First Baptist Church in Philipsburg, PA. He survives her at home.
Mrs. Beck was a member of the New Life Center in Philipsburg, PA.
She was a 1957 graduate of the Philipsburg High School and had been employed with a number of area businesses throughout her working career.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Beck is survived by: a daughter, Beverly R. Boulton & her husband Randy of (South Philipsburg) RD Philipsburg, PA; a son, Barry A. Beck of Cleveland, OH; a sister, Janice A. Martin & her husband Steve of (South Philipsburg) RD Philipsburg, PA; and two brothers, Ellsworth L. “Butch” Vaux, Jr. & his wife Sharon of Luthersburg, PA and Terry R. Vaux of Chester Hill Borough, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Misty (Boulton) Dixon & her husband Merlyn, Dusty J. Boulton & Bethany C. Boulton, all of South Philipsburg; Autumn Boop & Barry E. Beck, both of Vandergrift, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service will be held at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce Street, Philipsburg, PA; with Rev. John T. Dill officiating. Burial will be at the Philipsburg Cemetery in Philipsburg, PA.
There will be no public visitation.
